There are two options to get to the parking place (level 2): You can take the elevator or the walkway.
*We will always try to park the car in L2 as it is necessary to go there in order to pay the parking ticket before you leave. Also, you will find there the exit of the parking once you have collected your car. If you car is not in L2 (it depends on the availability at that moment), please do not forget to go there to pay the ticket.
Once you are in L2: follow the regular P (Parking) and remember to avoid P Expres.

Remember to pay the parking ticket before you leave.
You will get by WhatsApp or SMS the information of where your car is parked.
** Please, note that due to the Roaming system and connectivity this may take some time.
The car will be unlocked for you. Inside the boot you will find a little safe with the parking ticket and the car keys. Press the numbers 1-8 and then the button at the top to open the safe.

Remember too that it is mandatory to come by our office in order to sign the contract and proceed with the payment.
